Heroes’ Turn Foundation is a new nonprofit organization based out of middle Tennessee, whose mission is to connect families of deployed service members, veterans, current service members, law enforcement, first responders, and their families, with skilled trades and services. Life happens, and it’s sometimes the little things that mean the most. When Heroes face unexpected challenges related to their homes, property, vehicles, pets, or other essentials, Heroes’ Turn Foundation steps in to give back as a thank you for all they do. The possibilities are endless. Our organization will connect these Heroes to the services that will get the job done, at no expense to them. Through donations from generous individuals and businesses, and with the help of our trade partners, Heroes’ Turn Foundation will take care of whatever situation presents itself, to ease the stress of those that have given all to serve us.

Example Missions
At Heroes' Turn Foundation, we team up with local businesses and skilled trades that are willing to offer discounted services in support of our mission to formally thank our Heroes. And thanks to the generosity of our financial donors, we are able to cover all remaining costs. Not all businesses are able to discount their rates, some may be able to slightly, others significantly. Each mission is unique, but in every case, services are provided to the Hero at no cost as a token of our gratitude for all they do. All discounted or donated services are considered tax-deductible contributions. Below are some examples of potential missions.
Home Repairs
John Policeman is a local police officer. He's been protecting and serving for over a decade. John's A/C unit goes out in the middle of summer. Heroes' Turn Foundation steps in and finds a local HVAC company that is willing to discount their services to say thank you to a Hero. Helpful HVAC graciously discounts their bill 20%. Heroes' Turn Foundation pays the remaining 80%. John Policeman's family stays cool, Helpful HVAC feels good about giving back to a Hero (and receives a tax write-off for their donated services, plus recognition and free advertising on our website and social media channels), and Heroes' Turn Foundation completes another mission.
Vehicle Repairs
Sally Navy Veteran gets in her car to head to work and it won't go into gear. She has it towed to the local mechanic and is told she'll need a new transmission. This unexpected challenge creates unnecessary stress for her family. Heroes' Turn Foundation steps in to show our gratitude for her service, finds a local mechanic willing to discount their services 10%, and the foundation pays the remaining 90%. Now Sally’s car is fixed, the mechanic feels good about showing their appreciation to a Hero (and gets a tax write-off for the donated services, plus recognition and free advertising on our website and social media channels), and Heroes' Turn Foundation completes another mission.
Landscaping
Trevor Army Staff Sergeant gets deployed to fight for our country. He abruptly must leave his wife Sarah and their two young kids to selflessly go protect others. She is left to care for their children and household on her own. As a thank you to this family, Heroes' Turn Foundation steps in and finds a local landscaping business that can fit Trevor and Sarah's yard into their regular schedule. The landscaping company is proud to discount their services 25% for such a great cause, and the Foundation pays the remaining 75% of the weekly recurring bill. Trevor and Sarah’s lawn and yard are maintained on the regular until he returns from deployment, the landscaper receives a tax write-off for their donated services plus recognition and free advertising on our website and social media channels, and Heroes' Turn Foundation completes another mission.

If you own a local business and you'd like to become a partner, we would love to work with you. Local businesses willing to provide their services at a discounted rate help make what we do possible. Donated and discounted services are tax deductible. We also provide recognition and free advertising on our website and social media channels.
